Which payment methods does SKINTUITION accept?
Cash and all major credit cards.
Will I be able to purchase the products that are used in my treatments?
Skintuition carries a full array of professional skincare products so you can duplicate the benefits at home.
If I do fat freezing, are both areas included?
When doing a fat freeze session, yes, both areas are included. i.e if you do your hips or any body parts both sides are included in the TX.
Due to health regulations, only products that have been unopened and unused can be returned. All unopened products with original receipt can be returned for store credit within 3 days of purchase. If unsure about your purchase, please request a product sample that will be provided, if available.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Twenty-Four hour (24) notification is required for all canceled or changed studio appointments to avoid a $20 cancellation fee.
No call/No Show will be charged for the full appointment.
No call/ No Show offenders will not be allowed to rebook at the studio.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment.
What if I have some physical ailment, disability or allergies?
Please notify Skintuition at the time you are making your appointments and your therapist at the beginning of your treatment. You will be informed if treatments are not recommended.
Young adults between the ages of 12-17 must be supervised by parent or guardian while participating in skincare services including waxing, facials or any one-on-one services.
